焦虑再正常不过了。我们要学会接纳它的存在，但更要懂得如何让它对我们的其他事情影响最小化。

稳住心态的秘诀就是：找到自己需要干的事情并且列好计划。

可以去准备复试相关的内容，简历、自我介绍或是翻看和背诵专业课都可以。

实在不想准备复试做点其他的也可以，只要你觉得有意义有价值就行。

确定查分时间

每年临近出分都会有同学说提前查到了分数。关于卡bug查分想说，不能说它没用，但确实价值不大，仅仅是极少数极少数。

确定好自己目标院校查分的时间，然后选择好查分途径，建议还是教育考试院官网，等到出分那个时间的之前1小时，每间隔15分钟试试。

成绩复核相关

上述省份有提到了成绩复核的相关信息。

大家等查到成绩就可以下目标院校/研招网/考试院官网信息，一般确实给大家的时间很短，如果到时候真的需要，一定要第一时间采取行动。

PS：需要注意复核仅仅是把你的小分重新加一遍，不会重新阅卷，所以也别抱太大希望。

在查询成绩时，你需要准备两个必备的证件：身份证和准考证。

同时，还需要准备好自己的报名号和密码等信息。请务必妥善保管好这些证件和信息，以免在查询过程中出现不必要的麻烦。

出分前几天

建议在出成绩前的这几天先把一些基础的必备材料准备一下，找点事做也能安抚下不安的心。

个人简历：好好写一份简历，包括个人信息、比赛科研、实习经历、证书/技能、作品集。

自我介绍：形式：中英文都需要，准备两个版本。

给意向导师的e-mail：提前准备一份邮件，方便在初试成绩公布之后可以第一时间发出。一般来说邮件内容主要包括：初试分数、读研规划、报考导师意向（表明对老师的研究方向感兴趣）几个方面。

复试参考书目：一般目标院校研究生官网会公布复试的参考书目，并说明是否要笔试。如果在官网找不到，可以去咨询目标院校的学长学姐有没有复试资料。

往年复试重点：对于复试参考意义特别大，比较直观的能看出学校的考察重点。一定要去找前面几届的学长学姐要之前的真题，重点出题的形式和侧重，问问他们面试都被问了哪些题目。

2月26日-3月初

中英文面试问答：包括学校、兴趣爱好、专业问题、职业规划等。上述总结里也都包括了，选择与自己合适的问题进行准备！

复习总结专业课 ：根据院校重点和参考书目，整理专题+回答模板，每天背诵。

看导师论文 ：读意向导师近3年论文，摘抄论点/金句+看大牛论文。

3月初-3月中旬

背自我介绍＋个人简历：达到滚瓜烂熟的地步，无论怎么问都不会卡壳。简历上的问题都要形成文字解释，以免被问到。

继续复习专业课：这一步注意答题的逻辑和角度，答案之间的关联。

3月中旬-复试前

模拟面试 ：找研友或者已经上岸的学长学姐全真模拟复试+录屏复盘答案，这一步对考研复试很重要。

复试准备：提前准备好复试要求的相关材料，复试着装等。

这个问题分为两种情况，第一部分是针对换专业的同学，比如你本科学的是历史，考研却选择了英语专业；第二部分的模板是针对没有换专业的同学，但是考研的时候你需要选择一个本专业很具体的研究方向作为你的硕士方向，比如我的本科专业是英语，而硕士期间我选择了英美文学。接下来，我们就看看两种情况分别应该怎么阐述吧。

换专业同学模板：从专业A换到专业B

When I first entered university and chose A as my major, I did not really know how it would be like to be a A major. What I knew was that students majoring in A are very popular in job market, which means it won’t be hard for me to get a job after graduation. However, after the first semester, it dawned on me that I was not that in to this major, so I often lost concentration in class and had no motivation to study hard on it. Therefore, I made up my mind to change my major and began to carefully think where my interest truly lies. To know more about different majors, I read some books, listen to some lectures in other departments and turn to seniors in different majors for advice. In this process, not only did I know more about the majors I have interest in, I also had a closer study on myself. As an English major, I was required to take many English-related subjects during the passing four years. All these subjects allowed me to know about the specific study directions such as translation, interpretation, literature，cross-culture communication, linguistics and foreign cultures. Though the learning during the graduate’s years is relatively shallow, it did help me to identify where my interest truly lies and which direction I am eager to dig and delve deeper. I’m pretty sure that British and American Literature is exactly my most interested direction. Whenever I pick up a classical novel, I never fail to immerse myself into the world created by the author. I am not only drawn by the appealing plots and charming characters, but also the techniques the author uses, the symbols hidden between pages, and the in-depth thoughts the write tries to convey. 4.读研期间规划：

Thank you for your question. I've thought about how to make use of the postgraduate years over and over again.

I did not mean that foreign education is definitely better, but I do believe exposing ourselves to more learning materials and different learning methods is beneficial for students like me.

Of course, after the Covid-19 broke out, many people gave up their thoughts to study abroad, concerning that they themselves might be affected by the virus. Frankly speaking, most of my attention has been devoted to the preparation of the postgraduate entrance exam during the passing one year, since it will directly affect my future career plan. However, I did think about my career plan before I made up my mind to take part in this exam.

As a student majoring in English(你的专业), I expect to become an influential English teacher（你的理想职业）. By saying “influential”, I mean that I want to share my knowledge and thoughts with students all around the country, exerting positive influence on them. （换成你想影响或者改变的对象）I know it’s very ambitious, right? But I would like to realize it step by step.

The first step is to further my academic study, which will lay a solid foundation for my profession.After graduation, I expect to get an employment in a school with sound reputation where I can try to apply what I learn into practice and accumulate valuable teaching experience.（换成你的理想就职公司，职位和相关经验积累）

Two or three years’teaching experience will expand my understanding of this profession and allow me to further enhance my career goal. Frankly speaking, this is the last question I wish to be asked, but I did think about it. I'm always the person who wish for the best and prepare for the worst. Through the whole examination and interview, I've done what I could and leave no regrets. If I am still denied, I will not complain but reflect on my performance and accept that I am still not good enough.

This does not mean I will deny or give up myself. Instead, the failure will only push me to work harder. I always believe that “Shoot the stars. even if you fall, you will land on the moon.”Even if I fall this time, I know clearly that I've made a better one out of myself. What I will do is to try harder and make myself qualified enough until I could stand in front of you and get the positive response.
